Data is processed by electronic means, with technical and organisational measures adequate to ensure its security and confidentiality. No automated decision-making producing legal effects on the data subject is carried out.

Data provided through the forms is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet subsequent legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn. Data collected by statistical and marketing tools follows the retention periods stated by the respective providers (see §6).
